Resolved Question: How many people will be fool enough to think that Emergency test is real?

According to American Public Radio, broadcast during the 8 a.m. hour, F.E.M.A. has announced that this afternoon, Wed. Nov. 9, FEMA will conduct a nationwide TEST, of the Emergency Broadcast System. I wonder how many people will panic, over hearing the sirens? Reason: I think the year was 1981, and Peoria Illinois radio station WKZW, FM 93 Announced a Halloween Night re-broadcast, of H.G. Wells original radio play "War of The Worlds". Despite a full 14 days advance notice, and frequent radio station breaks, the Peoria Police had a huge increase, in calls, asking "Where are the Martians?" and "How soon will they be here?". Sure, it is now 2011, yet, when the sirens sound, on the first tuesday of the month, people still shudder. I wonder how many people will call police, this afternoon, after several radio spots have been aired, with people asking police "How soon will the missiles reach town?"
